The naturally-blue, almost Caribbean-like waters of Lake Vago, reachable in about 90 minutes from Forcella di Livigno. The strong, surreal color is due to the presence of copper sulphate in the water, which leaves a white deposit on the rocks.

If you want excursions with a high quality/price ratio, this section is for you. Here you will only find excursions of 3 hours of walking or less, ideal for families, for the elusive "Sunday hikers", or if you just have little time (e.g. if you want to capture a post-work sunset).
